USDA Prime means flavorful, tender, juicy meat. These steaks have significantly more marbling throughout the meat compared to other grades of beef which renders down when cooking to baste the meat and produce and abundance of flavor and tenderness.
The aging process takes an already flavorful, juicy cut of meat and breaks down the fat even further to deliver a remarkably tender steak. All of our Prime Aged Steaks are aged for 28 days.
