Each item is hand-cut and individually vacuum-sealed in our USDA registered packing facility.
We use plenty of Dry Ice packs and a reusable insulated cooler - a packaging combination that will insure your products arrive frozen and in excellent condition.

Expiration date is 6 months from delivery date if kept frozen.

We have enjoyed everything from this bundle so far. Picking up from your facility was easy, I just pulled up to the loading area and called. Five minutes later, a friendly, masked guy came out with a big box of frozen meat and put it in my backseat. A few more signs would have helped me find the loading dock faster (the dock is around the back from the door corresponding to the address), but that's really a minor complaint. One call cleared that up for me. The meat is high quality and well-packaged. My family is very happy to have a full freezer as we start the summer.
