PREP: Defrost Ham & remove from packaging. Keep twine intact during the roasting process. Step 1: Pre-heat oven to 325º F. Coat ham with desired blend of seasonings. Recommended Seasonings: 1/4 cup Kosher Salt 1/4 cup Packed Brown Sugar 1 tbsp Fresh Rosemary 1/2 tbsp Fresh Thyme Optional: Cut a small slit in the middle of the larger end of the Ham and stuff remaining seasonings inside to ensure the flavor spreads evenly throughout the Ham.
